SPP Hardware down in SLC and DC

Description
According to John DeHart SPP has had hardware failures in the SPP chassis at SLC and WASH. One blade in each chassis will need to be replaced (slot 3 in SLC and slot 4 in WASH). Will be prepped for shipping soon and hopes to install them the next time somebody heads to the PoPs for other work.
Assigned to the demo as I'm not sure what else to assign it to.
