Description
Created an experiment with 4 raw-pc in a ring topology. The sliver status shows 'geni_status'= 'unknown' and 'pg_status'='mixed' up to one hour after the sliver creation
The slice urn is urn:publicid:IDN+pgeni.gpolab.bbn.com+slice+4raw-ring The node pc4 is stuck in 'geni_status': 'changing'

This ticket was originally reported for a 4 raw pc ring topology, the current rack configuration includes on 3 raw pc. Was able to run a 3 raw pc ring topology, so this problem is deemed solved.

This is solved, but have been unable to verify because topology requires 4 raw-pc. Downgrading ticket and leaving it open for verification when rack configuration is modified and 4 raw-pcs are available.
