Creating a 2 VM sliver results in <Fault -32600: 'Internal Error executing CreateSliver'>

Description

A 2 VM sliver was created at around 8:56 am easterm. The sliver creation resulted in a <Fault -32600: 'Internal Error executing CreateSliver?'> error. The slice urn is IDN+pgeni.gpolab.bbn.com+slice+friday. The RSpec used is a simple 2 VM with 1 LAN topology which has been used successfully several times.

Here is the error reported: 

ERROR:omni.protogeni:Call for Create Sliver urn:publicid:IDN+pgeni.gpolab.bbn.com+slice+friday 
at https://boss.utah.geniracks.net/protogeni/xmlrpc/am/2.0 failed. 
Server says: <Fault -32600: 'Internal Error executing CreateSliver'>
