Tuning this to match the format of the other OFGT tickets.

Russ reports: "We held off upgrading to 1.0 until after the GEC8 demos were complete. We upgraded our NEC and HP switches during the first week of August. The Quanta/Taroki switche upgrades are waiting for updated firmware from the vendors"
