The ION AM lists the wrong URL for the ION aggregate in the stitching extension in the Ad RSpec

In ad topology file (ion-stitch-ad-v*.xml), change the url to: ​http://geni-am.net.internet2.edu:12346

Status: new → assigned

This is done. Tomcat6 has been restarted. In v11 the url was set to "​https://geni-am.net.internet2.edu:8443/axis2/services/AggregateGENI"

All of the ion-stitch-ad-v*'s are now set to ​http://geni-am.net.internet2.edu:12346
