Description
If the InstaGENI team is doing any monitoring of the BBN InstaGENI rack, document it, and provide access to any tools to the BBN site admins.

(This is the next-to-last thing for IG-ADM-1 -- the only other thing is property accounting tags.)

On the call today, Leigh confirmed that there's really no health or systems monitoring on the rack management systems (the control node and the four VMs that run on it), so there's nothing to give us access to. I've updated IG-ADM-1 Step 5C to say that, and that's it for this ticket.
