Kevin added a new ticket, 9, for the GMOC configuration part of this task. Closing this one as completed.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
The CNAMEs have been created. I can now browse to https://gmoc.geni.net/protected/ and accept the cert, but when i click through to OpenID, it rewrites my URL bar to gmoc-db.grnoc.iu.edu. I assume the right thing is to change apache's config in some way. Turning this back to "somebody", so Mitch or Kevin can look at what's needed for the geni.net names to be more canonical in apache's opinion.
This is not time-critical IMO: it's much more like a "before GEC15" task than a "during July" task.
