make GMOC UI answer with a geni.net URL

Description
Chaos set up gmoc.geni.net as a CNAME to the GMOC UI. We need to make it respond to that FQDN so the URL is consistent for the user.

Sarah pointed out on 124 that we also need to make sure that protected interface login works with the gmoc.geni.net CNAME.
