Slice object's primaryContact should not be Creator's e-mail

The Slice object is missing a primaryContact property which should contain it's slice e-mail. Currently the primary_contact in the XML file is the creator's e-mail address which may not be the same.

Status: new → closed

Kevin says that the object will have a primaryContact but that it will default to creator's email only on submission. This seems reasonable to me.

I verified that the above behavior.
