Description
The GENI relational object model is directly implemented by gmoc.py, and is also supported by the XML submission format, by xchange2db3, by the SQL schema, and by the JSON download API.
Canonically document the model in a public, versioned, and easy-to-update way, so that we have a reference to verify the behavior of the various implementations and documentation for new users.

We think http://globalnoc.iu.edu/gmoc/documents/geni-standards/gmoc-data-exchange-format-v3.html may already be the documentation of the model, which we could augment with some english-language description but basically use.
