GMOC DB Feature Request: Notes Section

Please add a notes section to the Organization Details View. We may have some exceptions such as ExoGENI Rack at Duke, that will not be sending data to GMOC, but we are responsible for ES and tracking their contact info, etc... It would be good to add those type of annotations for these cases.

Any update on this? We are finding more need for this; especially if there's extra information that's provided for Emergency Stop contact.
