Description

The gmoc.py client should support creation, serialization, and submission of all measurements which we defined for the GEC14 demo, basically the list at ​http://groups.geni.net/geni/wiki/GENIMetaOps/DraftMonitoringMetrics#FulllistofGEC14demometricstoreport.

Kevin added the following new measurements to v.1.1.4: 

TargetPingable
AMAPIGetVersion
AMAPIListResources

I won't be able to test these until after GEC, but, assuming they work, that's probably it for this one.
