slice details tab should show more slice information

Description
The "Slice Details" page of a slice's information, e.g. https://gmoc-db2.grnoc.iu.edu/protected-openid/index.pl?method=slice_details;slice=urn%3Apublicid%3AIDN%2Bpgeni.gpolab.bbn.com%2Bslice%2Bchaos-montreve-macaddr, currently shows only operator organization and principal e-mail. It should show additional slice details:
- Slice UUID
- Creator URN
- Creation time
- Expiration time

Per Kevin, the slice details page now should UUID, creator URN, creation time, and expiration time.
This looks good on gmoc-db2. I'll close this ticket when it's pushed to gmoc-db.

I'm going to list this bug as "GEC15 demo", because it is difficult to debug slice submission without it, this is important data that people will want to know about their slices, and i think it should be fairly easy to fix.
