Description
It should be possible to submit a contact entry which has the same URN as an existing entry, but other data changed (e.g. e-mail address). When this happens, the entry in the contact table which matches that URN should get updated.

This may happen for free when 105 is resolved, but it's likely more work will be needed, so making a separate ticket. This is low priority and is not a blocker for GEC15.
