Alphabetize list of projects and slices

Description
In the Execute Panel of LabWiki, the list of Projects and Slices that appear are not alphabetized currently.
The list of project names should be alphabetically sorted. Slice names per project should also be sorted similarly in the drop down list.
The alphabetical sorting should ignore case.
