Description
The GMOC has requested that we shut down the plastic-104 slice at BBN as part of an Emergency Stop request. We are in process of shutting down.

That last was a transcript of BBN's last update to GMOC. The affected interface is eth1.1750:42104 on our production pl nodes

I have notified Josh Smift that we had to take down his plastic-104 slice due to a request from the GMOC. I also notified Josh Smift that I had accidentally disrupted traffic on his plastic-103 sliver on navis, and that it was back up.
At this point, gpo-infra, GMOC folks, and Josh Smift all know about this outage.

I have notified Josh Smift that his experiment has been re-enabled at our site. hpd notified GMOC that we have started restoring the plsatic-104 slice.

We have shut off the interface on the BBN PlanetLab node connected to plastic-104. We did not take down the entire slice. This should stop the offending traffic to Rutgers. Please let us know if you want us to take down the entire slice instead.
