Description
The Control Processor at the Salt Lake City Internet2 Pop has failed to reboot. We believe this is a Dell R200 motherboard problem. To fix it we will have to send a replacement Dell Server and have the faulty one returned to us for diagnosis and repair.

TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
I'm going to assign this to you, since it sounds like you're driving the repair. Only GPO sees groups.geni.net tickets at present, so i think following up to geni-node-ops@geni.net would also be a good idea.
Let us know if GPO should do anything to help with this, or reassign as appropriate.
