We will have a wired demo Ethernet with a minimum 1 Gbps connection to the Internet (via the University of Utah campus network). The Internet2 backbone is accessible from campus via UEN, and layer 2 Ethernet VLANs should be available with advance notice. We will have a demo wireless network with restricted access, as well as a second wireless network available to all guests. The guest network has some per-user-restrictions. NAT may be required for static addresses on the wired ethernet.

A perfSONAR box available on the campus network may be available for measurement with advance notice.

Wireless network connections will also be available in the cluster meeting rooms on Monday.

Template of info to include in your demo request ticket:

1. Brief demo description (A few sentences suitable for a GEC6 attendee information page)

2. List of equipment that will need AC connections (e.g. laptop, switch hardware prototype, monitor). (Just put in the number of connections needed if your demo description alrey lists the equipment)

3. Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

4. Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

5. Projector (y/n) (Bring your own projectors if feasible)

6. Number of posters

7. Number of static addresses

8. Description of any special requests (e.g. VLANS to I2 backbone)
