Description
This is a documentation cleanup ticket for the OpenFlow aggregate that has been operating for some time.
The common short name for this aggregate is sl-of. The portal and monitoring are already configured for this aggregate.

Documentation is up to date following re-engineering at Starlight. The site is configured correctly and being monitored. Geographic location on the Portal will update next Wednesday 10/1. Will combine announcement with other production infrastructure announcements.
