Description
Tunneling packets from CMU to Homenet nodes - We have a solution for this which is used and tested - OpenVPN is capable of doing this level of tunnelling and it is done by default. We are working on refining this functionality, as right now the dataplane and controlplane are part of a shared Layer3 OpenVPN channel to homenet nodes - we want there to be separate VPNs. As with others, we don't yet have this automatically managed and it is not yet the ideal solution, although the ticket does not mandate this.
This subticket is done.

We can do this now, but it's not using the mechanisms that I'd like us to be using in the end. I need to talk with Utah regarding the right way to do it, but I have done this manually as described.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you on this.

Sorry. Just to be clear, the text in the milestone says:
This milestone refers to the integration on the last line, i.e., of 4b and 4c.
So, to close this milestone, you need to be able to connect dataplane tunnels from nodes to CMU with those from CMU to other ProtoGENI cluster nodes (like Emulab nodes). It's not clear from the text above that you can do this. But I think maybe so. Please provide some clarification.
