Unknown internal failure reported by ION aggregate for complex topology

Capturing an existing problem report for the ION aggregate that was first reported on Feb 24th. Problem still occurs today March 12.

Using Aditi Ghag rspec for 10 sites with a meshed stitching topology. Running the stitcher with Aditi's RSpec (attached). Causes the following failure:

Failure was reported to ION Development as ISSUE=22682, need to track resolution for this issue.
