Milestone ProvisioningService: Release v2.0

Release 2.0 of Raven is available at ​http://raven.cs.arizona.edu/projects/project/wiki/RavenReleaseTwo. This release contains the Raven client-side tools, configuration files, and library to allow users to manage package installation using Stork and Pacman, and to monitor slice activies using Owl. It includes the features mentioned in the previous milestones.
