Milestone DigitalObjectRegistry: Plan to use Digital Object Architecture for experimenter tools and services.

Analyze the experiment control projects being funded for GENI Spiral 1, to understand how the Handle System and/or Digital Object Registry could be utilized to realize the software registries necessary to hold a GENI experimenter’s tools, test images and configurations, and test results, and define a plan to implement one (or more) of these registries for Spiral 2.
