Milestone BGPMux: S2.h Release 2 integration s/w

GENI Integration Software Release 2. Will support extension of Spiral 1 aggregate manager for basic user authentication. Will support allocation of a ProtoGENI node with BGP Mux connectivity through the ProtoGENI interface.

Status: Luisa working on getting BGPMux into a Spiral 3 integration release.
