GMOC DB Feature Request: 3rd Contact field with multiple types

GMOC Systems Engineering,

We need to have a 3rd (optional) contact field in the GMOC DB for organizations in cases where Emergency Stop contacts and operational contacts are different or if we need to record an Administrative contact, etc. Please implement it with ability to choose various contact types (you can use the same as are in the GRNOC DB - Technical, Administrative, NOC, etc...). We discussed this with Kevin in the GMOC planning meeting on 8/27.
