aggregate measurements link to bogus graphs

Description (last modified by chaos@bbn.com)

To replicate:

The UI brings up the graph of some arbitrary unrelated measurement (a "flowvisor-slice-state" measurement in every graph i've tried so far, but that's probably coincidence), rather than the requested measurement.

I'm actually going to up this ticket to critical too, because at the moment, there are no working graphs using the newly-submitted data. If we can't look at the data we've submitted, then no one can show that data in a demo.

Mitch determined that this problem only affects gmoc-db2, and is because gmoc-db2's protected interface was pointing to graphs from gmoc-db's collection data. So obviously that wouldn't line up well. Mitch setup the SNAPP frontend on gmoc-db2, and now the graph linked in the description of this ticket shows data (look at the week view --- it's not actively being submitted to from cron, so there may not be data in the hour view).
