make sure SNAPP partition doesn't fill before GEC15

The partition which holds RRDs for use by SNAPP on gmoc-db is 95% full. Do cleanup or take other actions to make sure the partition doesn't fill before the demo.

Mitch sent me a list of RRDs which are stored in the gpolab directory. I'm going to look at them for low-hanging-fruit obsolete RRDs which it would be fine to delete.

Okay, so, because we renamed things in July to report by the relevant CNAME of the host rather than the FQDN, there's a lot of low-hanging fruit in the gpolab data. In particular, all gpolab RRDs whose names begin with these strings, are obsolete:
