revisit storage of slice->creator as a principal type object

Right now, when a slice creator is instantiated, it is stored in the database as a principal, which is a tuple of contact and organization. This may not be necessary, and it might be preferable for ease of linking in the future to simply store the slice creator as a contact ID directly. Revisit this decision, and implement whatever we decide to do.
