POP and organization should be consistent about whether the web UI displays a short name

Description
The POPs UI display shows only the submitted name, so when we switch to URNs, all POPs will show up as URNs. The organizations UI display shows both the name (a URN) and a "short name".
For consistency, either both tables should display a short name, or neither should.

Kevin removed shortname from the "organizations" UI on gmoc-db2, so this is consistent now.
Looks fine to me. I'll close the ticket when it's pushed out to gmoc-db.

I kind of like the short name, if it can be debugged, so my slight preference is that both tables should use it.
