Complete a draft Internet2 engineering plan for integrating the initial OpenFlow deployments to five PoPs? (milestone OFI2: S2.c) with OpenFlow deployments on ProtoGENI nodes.

The revised Contributor Agreement includes a plan to integrate the initial OpenFlow deployments and the ProtoGENI nodes, in Spiral 3. Closing this one out.
