Description
Purchase all the equipment needed for deployment in the Spiral 2 production-ready environment (or finalize a schedule for doing so, if multiple phases of purchasing are necessary).

Scott Karlin says that they've bought two switches that they're deploying now, and that based on their experience with them, they'll either expand the existing chassis with more modules, purchase additional chassis, or both.
Sounds good; I'll go ahead and close out this ticket, and mark the milestone as completed.
