GEC 19 Cisco ExoGENI racks demo

Brief demo description

The demo will be on Cisco ExoGENI that is comprised of both Cisco UCS-B blade server based solution along with UCS-C series rack servers. We expect that the GENI certification may be ongoing by the time of GEC19 or hopefully close to completion. Demo will show both Inter-rack and Mesoscale experiments capabilities at same time. Demo will include diagrams of architectures and possibly run large routing instances on the Cisco ExoGENI.

List of equipment that will need AC connections

Two large monitors preferably 40" and up (One would work). Four AC connections, two for monitors and two for laptops. Internet connections for laptops (wifi is ok).

Number of wired network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

No wired network connections required

Number of wireless network connections (include required bandwidth if significant)

2 wireless network connection - just for remote screen.

Number of static addresses needed (if any)

None

Monitor

Y, 2 Large Monitors with VGA inputs (one monitor is minimum, but two is preferred). No specific requirements for the resolution

Number of posters (max size poster boards are 30" x 40")
