Nick isn't teaching this year and would like to find an alternate outreach milestone.

Proposal is to produce a thorough how-to for use of the BGPMux & tunnel server. Should have a fairly user-friendly with pictures, FAQs, examples, etc. The first assignment will be how to setup a virtual network in Emu/ProtoGENI that connects to the Mux. That could actually double as a hands-on howto/course assignment.

Nick and Aaron have agreed this is acceptable. Finalization requires review and approval by Henry.

Nick to provide an abstract of the HowTo by July 20 (GEC5) that can be distributed to potential users/experimenters.

New Milestone wording:
