Acquire HW for 3 programmable backbone network nodes, complete basic integration and install at Internet2 colo sites. Modified 4/09 per ticket #85.

Completed: All three installs in I2 POPs have been completed. All ProtoGENI and Internet2 equipment has been tested and is working properly.
