Description
An exception is reported when creating a 1 VM on a shared vlan sliver at the RENCI rack. The same type of request works at the BBN rack.

This is a bug. I believe RCI SM is no longer usable for the moment. The bug has been fixed and will be part of new software that will be deployed as part of this maintenance period (starts 08/08).

This problem is resolved, able to create and use slivers with the RSpecs that originally showed the problem. Closing ticket.

Same problem is reported at the RENCI rack with 2 VMs on shared VLAN request. Attaching Rspec for 2VMs failure.
