Confirmation test sites missing compute aggregate monitoring

Running New Site Confirmation Tests for NPS and checked GMOC for monitored NPS aggregates:

Found that there is no Compute aggregate for NPS.

There is a FOAM aggregate.

The same applies to MOXI, there is only a foam aggregate in GMOC waiting on Operation Monitoring data for compute resources.

Tracking all sites that are undergoing New Site Confirmation Tests and need to their monitoring explicitly verified in this ticket.

CENIC IG is one more site with no Compute or FOAM resources in GMOC

UKYPKS2 is another site with no Compute of FOAM resources in GMOC.

GMOC is still reporting only for NPS FOAM. Maybe Adam needs another poke?

We are close to not needing this, because the data in UKY is getting to be better than the GMOC data, but I don't want to leave this request hanging.

Kansas-ig and kansas-ig-of are not reporting to GMOC either, even though this rack has been up for a long time and accepted by GMOC. I'll send a follow-up note to Adam and Jeremy.
