New project doesn't show up in Labwiki

Description
I created a new project in the GENI Portal (GIMIGEC18TestA). I see it show up
as a group in iRODS, but I do not see it show up anywhere in Labwiki. When I try to create a new context, it does not appear in the drop down list.

indeed a bug in openid data updating process.
fixed it and deployed to 4400.
