Add functionality to GES to allow experimenter to share results
We should allow the experimenter to share experiment results more broadly in iRODS. For example, make experiment results readable by everyone who has an iRODS account. (Potential approach: have an iRODS group "public" and give the group read access to the folder in which experiment results are stored.)
