Modification of iRODS dumper

1. Change the iRODS location where the data is pushed (from user’s home directory to gimiadmin home directory) and do not use itickets.

Some details/questions.

• The IRODS location is not hardcoded in the script, rather, it is passed with --path when the dumper is called; this should probably be address in LabWiki?.
• I can make the use of itickets (--token) optional, and only add the -t option to ipet when the token is specified; in any case, LabWiki? will keep adding the --token option, so this requires fixes there too.
• What is the “metadata file”?

It sounds like this needs to be reassigned to Jack to have Labwiki pass the new path and not pass the token? We can discuss at the next status meeting (9/16).

I am going to open a separate ticket for the metadata task since it is likely that these will be assigned to different people.

Status meeting update: ready to test, waiting on remaining functionality to test.

Tested with the latest Labwiki code on emmy9:4400. The path used when I push the "Dump" button is not correct.

This is the output when I pressed the "Dump" button: Dump script triggered. Using command: /var/lib/omfwebapps/labwiki/emmy9_config/oml2-irods-dumper.sh --domain geni-johren-2013-10-15T12-59-47-04-00 --path /tempZone/home/rods/user1/measurmentData_jo1014Test Unfortunately we cannot show you the progress.

The home directory should be /geniRenci/home/gimiadmin rather than /tempZone/home/rods The rest of the path should be <project>/<experimentContext>/measurementData

Therefore, the full path in this case should be /geniRenci/home/gimiadmin/GIMITesting/jo1014Test/measurementData
