Job Service bogged down by experiments with syntax error?

Description
For about 10 minutes on 8/13, the Job Service on gimi4 was very slow in responding to REST API commands. Divya found that the CPU was almost 100%. She correlating the timestamps with running experiments and found several experiments running with a syntax error in the OEDL script at that time.
A ticket has been opened at mytestbed.net and information about these experiments has been added there.
