Set log level for production Labwiki to info level

Description

The Labwiki instance running on gimi1 is currently configured with a log level of "Debug". This was discussed on the GIMI status call yesterday and generally decided that this can be confusing for experimenters to determine how their experiment is running. We would like to try setting this to info level to see if that makes it a little easier to follow the experiment status.

Jack, can you add instructions to this ticket on how to change the log level?

At Max's request I also created a feature request ticket for making this configurable at the user level.

The change needs to be made inside omf_job_service' omf_ec installation (in omf_ec) folder i believe.

Might be worth to upgrade omf_job_service and omf_ec to the latest version.

Here is how to upgrade EC (https://github.com/mytestbed/omf_job_service/tree/master/omf_ec#upgrade-ec)

There should be a proper omf_ec.yml file there, if the file doesn't look right, run one of the rake task to re-generate it (run rake -T to show all tasks)

Here is doc to customise EC in general (http://doc.mytestbed.net/doc/omf/file.experiment_controller.html)

Jack.
