Such kind of experiment require the GRE Tunnels to be created manually by the user. The Control Frameworks are not able to do this for you. Setup your experiment as explained in [wiki:shadownetexp21 Sample Experiment 1], without any links between the junipers and the pc/vm nodes. Once the experiment is setup,contact the Shadownet Framework folks shadownet-admins@netlab.uky.edu to co-ordinate the creation of GRE Tunnels between the Junipers and pc/vm nodes.
