1:50 Cognitive radio platfrom status update (Ivan Seskar)

​Notes, particularly concerning: goal is fairly large scale deployment of cognitive radios; unique design goal is to have four radio channels that can be independently managed, say, one for spectrum sending, two transmitters, and one receiver; want to be able to do experiments currently possible with ORBIT using more than 50 cognitive radios.
