+The first OpenFlow enabled switch was installed in the SoX regional POP on May 16, 2012. The switch initially provides direct OpenFlow capable switching of VLAN 1750 between Internet 2, Georgia Tech and Clemson University. There is a FOAM/FlowVisor control server configured as well.
