Scope

This project will provide GENI experimenters with a help desk that is available 24x7x365 and will serve as a single point of contact to report problems related to use of the GENI and provide coordination and communications among projects. This GENI Operations Service Desk will build on work of the GENI Meta-Operations Center (GMOC) and will be the first point of contact for reporting problems with inter-aggregate and inter-control framework slices. The service desk will work with the GMOC to perform GENI-wide operational tasks such as emergency shutdown or isolation and to provide regular GENI operational reports.
