GENI Operational Monitoring Project
These are working pages for the operational monitoring project. Unless otherwise specified, all pages are drafts representing work in progress on that project.
Information
The Architecture describes the original design thinking behind the monitoring architecture.
The overview page shows an overview of the distributed monitoring architecture.
The datastore polling page describes the types of polling calls to the datastores within the architecture.
The data schema page provides the full set of schema for calls to the datastores.
The external check store page describes how a datastore exists for monitoring observed behaviors external to an aggregate.
The data for use cases page lists the data needed for the datastores. If using the reference local datastore implementation, this page lists the data to be continuously maintained in the local datastore's relational database.
The measurement events page provides a list of event types that can be queried via the API.
The software page provides the process for getting read-only access to the git repository.
