A draft of the Project Execution Plan (Conceptual Design) is now available. It includes a set of documents: a Research Plan (why we are building GENI), a Facility Design (what GENI is), a Requirements Document (link between research and facility), and the Construction Plan (how GENI is to be built). This set updates January 2006 Project Execution Plan.

Additional information about the planning process are now available: (1) new and updated Design Documents (including multiple views), (2) a planning schedule for the next several months, and (3) additional presentations that summarize on-going efforts to flesh out the facility definition.
