GENI control framework functions will be added to the OMF as they become defined. Support for mobile testbeds will include the handling of disconnection, and providing temporal and spatial control. Reference implementations of your GENI-compliant resource management, experiment control, and measurement framework will be provided to another wireless project, and its testbed will be integrated into your OMF environment as a federated testbed. Both testbeds will be connected to a GENI backbone network. == Operational Capabilities == The ORBIT testbed at WINLAB is available to GENI users: [[BR]] [http://www.orbit-lab.org/wiki/HowToGetStarted ORBIT Getting Started][[BR]] [http://www.orbit-lab.org/ ORBIT Testbed] [[BR]] [http://omf.mytestbed.net/wiki/omf/OMF_User_Guide OMF User Guide][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/Gec9InstMeasWorkshopAgenda/OML_tutorial.pptx] [[BR]] === Milestones === [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1a Extend OMF to support multiple heterogeneous testbeds)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/87 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1b Extend OMF interfaces and software to support mobile testbeds)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/88 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1c provide reference implementations of extended OMF software to WiMAX project)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/90 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1d Provide VLAN connections to the GENI backbone)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/91 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1e Establish OMF operating environment, verify, and demo)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/89 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: 1f Support experimentation by other GENI users)]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/92 status] [[BR]] ORBIT: 1out Contribute to GENI outreach plan [http://groups.geni.net/geni/ticket/163 status] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.a Cluster plan for VLANs between testbeds)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.b Extend OMF for experiments with multiple testbeds)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.c Extend OMF for experiments driven by context)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.d Federate cluster testbeds)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.e Demo VLAN connection to backbone)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.f Support integration of latest OMF code into cluster testbeds)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.g Demo experiments with multiple testbeds)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.h Federated testbeds available to GENI users)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.i GMOC access to operating data)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.j POC to GENI response team)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.k POC to GENI security team)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S2.l Contribution to GENI outreach)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.a Demonstration at GEC9 and Experimenter Outreach)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.b Documentation and Code Release)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.c Demonstration at GEC10 and Experimenter Outreach)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.d Documentation and Code Release)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.e Demonstration at GEC11 and Experimenter Outreach)]] [[BR]] [[MilestoneDate(ORBIT: S3.f Final report and code release)]] [[BR]] === Status Reports and Demonstrations === [wiki:ORBIT-4Q08-status "ORBIT: 4Q08 Status Report"][[BR]] [wiki:ORBIT-1Q09-status "ORBIT: 1Q09 Status Report"][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/GENI%20MobileOMF%20Q3%20Project%20Status%20Report.pdf "ORBIT: 2Q09 Status Report"][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/OMF%20GENI%20Review%202009-06-28.pdf "ORBIT: Review on June 28, 2009"] [[BR]] [wiki:ORBIT-3Q09-status ORBIT: 3Q09, Year 1 Annual Report][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/GENI%20MobileOMF%20Annual%20Project%20Report%20YR%202-final.pdf ORBIT: 3Q10, Year 2 Annual Report][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/OMF%20Spiral%202%20Project%20Review.pdf Spiral 2 Review][[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/WiMAX/parknet%20%20%20gec9%20demos.pptx GEC9 ParkNet Demo] [[BR]] [ Post-GEC9 Status Report] [[BR]] [ Post-GEC10 Status Report] [[BR]] === Technical Documents === [http://www.orbit-lab.org/wiki/HowToGetStarted ORBIT Getting Started][[BR]] [http://www.orbit-lab.org/ ORBIT Testbed] [[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/Gec9InstMeasWorkshopAgenda/OML_tutorial.pptx OML Tutorial] [[BR]] [http://omf.mytestbed.net/ OMF (cOntrol and Management Framework)][[BR]] [http://omf.mytestbed.net/wiki/omf/Documentation "Current OMF documents"] [[BR]] [http://orbit-lab.org/wiki/Tutorial "Earlier ORBIT documents"] [[BR]] [http://orbit-lab.org/wiki/Documentation "Early ORBIT documents"] [[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/ORBITDiagram-2.pdf "ORBIT diagram"] [[BR]] [http://groups.geni.net/geni/attachment/wiki/ORBIT/ORBIT_IMAGES_for_GPO.zip "ORBIT images"] [[BR]] [http://www.orbit-lab.org/ "D.
