== Scope ==

(initial project) Deploy and operate !OpenFlow-enabled HP Procurve 6600 switches at 5 NLR POPs and interconnect NLR's !FrameNet network to the GENI !OpenFlow-enabled backbone, permitting members and  non-members of NLR to connect to GENI !OpenFlow services.

(expansion) Deploy !OpenFlow switches in NLR to enhance the NLR !OpenFlow substrate with better path diversity and added connectivity points for campuses and regional networks.  NLR will integrate the new deployments with existing !OpenFlow deployments and the GENI control framework.
