Instrumentize is the INSTOOLS process of creating and deploying a set of measurement tools onto a slice.

== Quick Start ==
 * You should already have the appropriate accounts and certificates setup. See [http://www.protogeni.net/trac/protogeni/wiki/Tutorial How to use ProtoGen].
 * Create a slice using FLACK.
 * Once the slice is created, press the "Instrumentize" button.
 * Once the slice has been instrumentized, press the "Go to Portal" button to view tools.
